Making homemade nut milks became easier with this simple hazelnut milk recipe. This is a simple recipe that offers you delicious vegan milk from the comfort of your kitchen. The best part is that the recipe comes together in just 15 minutes.
1 cup raw hazelnuts 4 cups water 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Give hazelnuts an overnight soak in water.
After rinsing and draining, blend until smooth with 4 cups of new water.
Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a nut milk bag.
If desired, add vanilla and sweetener and enjoy the milk.
