Ingredients

½ cup ghee 1 cup sugar 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tsp cardamom powder ½ cup makhana 1 tbsp poppy seeds ¼ cup chopped almonds ¼ cup raisins ¼ tsp nutmeg powder ½ cup cashews

Step 1

Heat ghee in a heavy-bottom pan and roast atta in it.

Step 2

In another pan, roast cashews, raisins, makhana, and almonds.

Step 3

Chop or crush these nuts and sprinkle them on roasted atta.

Step 4

Add sugar, poppy seeds, nutmeg powder, and cardamom powder.

Step 5

Allow the mixture to cool before digging in.

Shape the mix into delicious lemon-sized ladoos and enjoy.
