Do you like Korean flavours and want to replicate them in your kitchen? You can start with kimchi. While making cabbage kimchi can be time-consuming and tricky, you can follow through with the recipe for cucumber kimchi.

Ingredients

1 tbsp sea salt 20 grams garlic 2 tbsp gochugaru paste 1 tsp Korean sauce ½ tsp minced ginger 100 grams cucumber 1 tbsp grated carrot 1 tbsp honey/ sugar 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp Korean chilli powder

Step 1

Cut the cucumbers lengthwise and cut half moons.

Sprinkle salt on the pieces and keep them aside.
