His breakfast is mostly filled with eggs, as protein is very important for muscles, and eggs offer the best quality protein
His lunch and dinner varies depending upon his projects, but he is a fan of simple homemade meal of rice, lentils and vegetables.
While his diet changes with every film, he tries to hit the gym at least thrice a week. After his workout, he likes to have a post workout drink, shake or a light meal.
Allu Arjun is allergic to some dairy, so he tried to avoid the same. He is not a fan of fad diets, so his mantra is to eat all natural, non-refined foods.
