This light and nutritious breakfast option combines the crispness of fresh cucumbers with the creamy goodness of yogurt, making it a perfect choice to beat the heat.
4 slices of bread 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 1/2 cup Hung curd Fresh mint leaves Salt and pepper ( as required)
Take the bread slices and spread a generous amount of hung curd on one side of each slice.
Now Arrange the thinly sliced cucumber on one of the yogurt-covered bread slices evenly.
Sprinkle chopped mint leaves over the cucumber slices. Season with salt and pepper accordingly.
Place the remaining bread slice on top to form a sandwich.Gently press the sandwich. Cut the sandwich diagonally into halves.
Now immediately serve the sandwiches paired with chips or desired slides. Enjoy!
