There are different healthy options for one to try. Having oats as a meal is widely considered wholesome and lightweight. How about combining oats and your favourite cupcakes in one dish together? Try this oat cupcake recipe for absolute delight.

1 cup rolled oats 1 ripe banana 1/2 cup plain Greek yoghourt 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt Toppings: Chopped nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips

You need to add the mashed banana, Greek yoghurt, honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Also, add the oat flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients.

Simply, spoon the batter and fill each about 3/4 full.
