A tasty and healthy way to start your day or to increase your energy in the afternoon is with a coffee, banana, and cinnamon smoothie.
1 ripe banana 1/2 cup of brewed coffee, cooled 1/2 cup of almond milk 1 tsp of honey (optional) 1/4 tsp of cinnamon Ice cubes
Start by peeling the banana and cut it into chunks. Take a container and Brew coffee and let it cool.
Now Take a blender and add the banana, cooled coffee, almond milk, honey and cinnamon.
Blend the ingredients until smooth. Add desired amount of ice cubes and blend until creamy.
Now in a glass pour the smoothie. Garnish with chocolate syrup and cinnamon powder. Enjoy!
