Start Your Day With Broccoli Paratha And Stay Satiated

Aloo, paneer, gobhi, cheese, and other kinds of stuffed parathas are delicious, but you need to try broccoli paratha. Not just because the vegetable is healthy but the stuffed flatbread is a game-changer.

Ingredients

1.5 cups atta Water as needed Salt to taste 1 tbsp besan Oil as needed 1.5 cups grated broccoli 1 chopped green chilli ½ tsp garam masala 1 tsp mango powder ½ tsp red chilli powder

Step 1

Sprinkle salt over wheat flour and knead it into a soft dough using water and a teaspoon of oil.

Step 2

While you let the dough rest, grate and blanch broccoli in 2 cups of water for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Heat oil in a saucepan and saute besan, broccoli with salt, chilli powder, mango powder, and garam masala.

Step 4

Let the mixture cool off before you stuff dough balls with it.

Step 5

Roll the paratha into a flat disc and roast it on a hot griddle with either ghee or butter.

Step 6

Serve broccoli paratha with chutney, makkhan, or curry.
