 Mishti Doi

Combine milk, condensed milk, and yoghurt. Blend in sugar and cardamom. Cover it and let it set in a warm place for 8-10 hours before serving.

Sondesh

Mix the cardamom, sugar, and chhena in a pot over low heat and whisk until thickened. Form into shapes and add nuts as a garnish. Cool and serve.

Prepare dough with khoya, flour, and baking soda. Shape into balls, and fry until golden. Make sugar syrup, and soak Pantua. It is ready to eat!
