Sprouts are one of the healthiest foods available to mankind. Here is an easy recipe to prepare paratha with sprouts.
1 cup Wheat flour Salt to taste 1 Chopped onion ½ cup mixed sprouts ½ inch ginger ½ tsp turmeric 3 green chillies 4 garlic cloves 1 pinch asafoetida Oil as required ¼ tsp garam masala
Mix flour, onion, salt, spices, mashed sprouts and knead a smooth dough with water. Roll the dough into round shape.
Pre heat the tava and start roasting the paratha with oil.
Make sure both the sides are cooked properly. Serve it with curd or pickle.
