3/4 cup sprouts 1/2 cup carrot 1/2 cup spinach 1 onion 2-3 green chilies 1 tsp ginger 1-1/4 cup besan Salt, to taste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp ajwain 2 tbsp California walnuts 1 tbsp coriander leaves Water Oil
In a bowl, add coarsely ground sprouts, chopped carrot, chopped spinach and chopped onion. Mix everything together.
Add besan, chopped ginger and spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Add in crushed California walnuts and chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything well.
Heat a pan and grease it. Add some batter on the heated pan and spread it using the fingers.
Cook the cheela from both sides until golden brown and crispy. Serve with chutney and enjoy!
