Give your snacking time a healthy makeover with these protein-rich and flavourful cutlets. Here is an easy recipe to make sprouts cutlet at home.
2 cups moong sprouts 1 medium onion chopped finely ½ cup coriander leaves chopped finely 1 tsp chilli powder Salt to taste ¼ cup gram flour Oil for pan frying
Take moong sprouts in a saucepan and boil it for 2 mins. Now drain it and put it in a blender. Puree till it is smooth.

Now put this mixture in a bowl, add in all ingredients except oil and knead to a smooth dough. Take small portion, flatten it into a tikki.

Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden on both sides. Drain on tissue paper and serve hot with green chutney.
