1 spring onion (finely chopped) 5 eggs ½ cup milk ¼ cup grated cheese 2 tsp olive oil Pinch of paprika Pinch of black pepper powder
Take a bowl and add eggs. Whisk the eggs and add black pepper, paprika and cheese.
Take the spring onion and chop it finely.
Heat a pan and add olive oil. Add in the spring onion and stir until it softens.
Pour in the egg mixture and continue stirring until it becomes firm but also moist.
Turn off the heat as it will continue to cook. When done, serve.
