Spring onion is not just for garnish. It can be made into different bhujias, which are very delicious and can be eaten with rice or roti. Here is a recipe to try:

Ingredients

2 bunches spring onions 2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 2 tablespoons oil

Step 1

In some oil, add cumin seeds, garlic, and chopped spring onions and cook.

Step 2

Stir in red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Step 3

Serve hot as a side dish or main course.
