Rich in iron, fibre, and other nutrition, the spinach smoothie recipe is a must-try for every person who indulges in intense workout sessions, especially in the evening. Post your fitness training, you can drink a glass of this smoothie as a meal replacement to avoid losing your appetite for dinner.
1 banana 1 cup almond milk 1 cup fresh spinach ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ Greek yoghurt Ice cubes 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon chia seeds ½ cup pineapple chunks
Wash spinach leaves thoroughly before tossing them into the blender. Peel the banana and wash the pineapple pieces.
Add fruits, yoghurt, soaked chia seeds, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and spinach leaves into the grinder.
Blend the ingredients until they are smooth with no large chunks inside.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the level of sweetness in it.
If you wish, you can also strain the smoothie through a sieve to remove chunks.
Pour the smoothie into the glass and enjoy.
