1 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves 1 cup washed spinach Salt to taste 1/2 cup cream cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese ¼ tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp black pepper

Start by boiling the pasta. Follow the instructions on the package.

Heat a pan and add olive oil. Add chopped garlic and saute till it turns aromatic.

Add spinach leaves and season it with salt. Cook until the spinach gets wilted.

Add cream cheese and pasta cooking water. Now, add grated parmesan cheese and nutmeg powder.

Cook well. Then, drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Combine everything together.

Serve and drizzle with little olive oil, black pepper, and grated parmesan cheese.
