You’re tired of the regular breakfast and want to try something delicious yet healthy. Well, we have a protein plus iron rich breakfast recipe for you. The spinach cheese omelette can be made easily at home. Follow us through the steps to make this at home:

2-3 large eggs ¼ cup fresh spinach leaves 2 garlic clove minced ¼ cup shredded cheese ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp red chilli flakes Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp butter or cooking oil

Wash the baby spinach leaves and drain the water. Spread them and let them dry.

Chop the spinach leaves and keep them aside

Crack open the eggs in a bowl and whisk them until the yolks and white are well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place a pan over medium low flame. Add butter or cooking oil. Add the minced garlic and spinach and saute for 3-4 minutes, until it wilts and becomes tender.

Once the spinach is cooked, add the beaten eggs. Evenly spread the cheese and evenly cook our low flame.

Season the dish with red chilli flakes and oregano, salt and pepper. Cover the lid with1-2 mins. Serve hot and enjoy it with a cup of tea.
