A creamy and nutritious dip made with cashews, ridge gourd peels and spiked with jalapeno peppers, this dip pairs well with chips, toasted baguette and even lavash.

½ cup cashews ¼ cup coconut milk ½ cup ridge gourd peels 6 cloves garlic Juice of 2 lemons 2 jalapenos 2 teaspoons ghee 1 pinch sugar Salt, to taste

Heat the ghee in a pan and sauté the garlic and ridge gourd peels, until slightly wilted.

Add the mixture to a blender jar, once cooled slightly along with the remaining ingredients.

Grind to a smooth paste and transfer to a bowl. Serve with chips of choice.
