4 fish fillets 1 cup plain curd 2 tbsp tandoori masala 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger ½ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 handful coriander leaves Salt

Wash and clean the fillets and drain the water. Pat them dry.

In a bowl mix curd and the spices like tandoori masala, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, red chilli, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper. Mix them thoroughly.

Coat the fish in the curd mixture and marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour.

Heat a non-stick frying pan and add oil.

Add the fish pieces and let them fry for 3 mins and flip sides.

Cook the fish in tandoori marinade and turn off the heat. Make small spaces inside the pan and in a bowl add a hot coal and 1 tbsp of butter. Cover the lead. This steam will create a tandoori effect.
