This fiery take on the Paloma with tamarind vodka, chilli lime salt and grapefruit soda topped over ice is sure to fire your taste buds.
1 1/2 Oz Spicy Tamarind Vodka 4 Oz Grapefruit Soda Ice cubes Chili Lime Salt Lime Wheel
To begin making the paloma, first rim a high ball glass with chili lime salt.
Now fill a cocktail glass with ice and add spicy tamarind vodka to it.
Top it up with grapefruit soda. Stir well.
Garnish with a lime wheel and serve chilled.
