This tantalising culinary experience mixes the traditional South Indian dosa with a strong and tangy Schezwan filling.
Dosa batter (ready-made or homemade) 1 tablespoon oil 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1 small onion 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, etc.) 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce 1/2 tsp soy sauce Salt to taste Oil or ghee
To Prepare the Schezwan filling Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Now Add finely chopped onions and saute, Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for few minutes.
Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Now Heat a non-stick pan. Add ghee and Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the center of the pan.
Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. Cook the dosa until the edges turn crispy and golden brown.
Now add a generous amount of the Schezwan filling onto one half of the dosa. Gently fold and cook.
Serve the hot and spicy Schezwan dosa with coconut chutney and sambar!
