Rajasthani garlic chutney is a versatile condiment that can be served with an Indian thali, fried snacks, and layered with sandwiches. If you love a fiery dip, this recipe is a must-follow for you.
4 tbsp oil 15 red chillies 7-8 garlic cloves 1-inch ginger Salt to taste ½ tsp sugar 1 tsp mustard seeds A pinch of hing ½ tsp cumin seeds
Soak red chillies in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and roast ginger and garlic in it.
Add red chillies to the pan and saute the ingredients until the oil separates.
Let the mixture cool off and blend it in a food processor.
Temper the chutney with hot oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and hing.
Store it in an airtight jar and serve.
