Punjabi cuisine is known for its bold flavours, and no meal is complete without chutneys or pickles. If you want to add some spice to your food, you can quickly make this pyaaz ki chutney.
1 onion 1 ginger 2 green chillies 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 small bunch coriander leaves Salt to taste
Grind the onion, ginger, green chillies, and coriander leaves with a blender till smooth.
Heat some vegetable oil and add cumin seeds.
Pour the sizzling seeds onto the paste and mix well.
Mix in lemon juice and some salt to taste.
Store the onion chutney in an air-tight container and pair it with all your meals.
