This recipe for Madurai Kari Dosa or Mutton Dosa from Tamil Nadu is all you need for breakfast, brunch and snack. Give this recipe a try at home today.
4 cups dosa batter 2 eggs ½ tsp black pepper Salt, to taste Oil, as needed For stuffing:- 150g mutton keema 1 onion, chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 sprig curry leaves 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp oil
Heat oil in a cooker, then add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add the mutton keema, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
Saute for 5 minutes, then add ½ cup water and pressure cook the stuffing for 3-4 whistles. Simmer the stuffing if it is too wet.
Now, whisk two eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat a dosa tawa, add the dosa batter and spread the dosa batter around in a circle. Drizzle oil around the batter.
Add half the whisked egg, top with the mutton keema stuffing and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip the dosa carefully and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with fresh coconut chutney.
