Have you tried adding miso to your ramen, yet? Get ready to experience something terrific because this miso tofu ramen recipe can help you make the most delicious miso ramen at home in a few easy steps!

12–15 ounces firm tofu 1 tablespoon oil 2 spoons of miso paste 4 eggs 4-5 chopped shiitake mushrooms 4 cups vegetable stock 2 cups milk 2 packs of ramen Scallions, roasted seaweed for taste

Heat oil on medium high heat and saute the cubed tofu. Add 1/4 cup of miso paste and cook for another minute. Remove from pan. To the same pan, add the mushrooms, stock and milk

Place half cup spicy miso paste on a fine sieve. Lower the sieve half-way into the simmering soup let it slowly dissolve into the broth

Let the broth simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt or a little soy sauce.

Cook the ramen as per instructions and add the tofu and mushrooms. On the side bring a pot of water to boil. Add 4 eggs and on low heat, let them cook for 5 minutes.

Divide the ramen into four bowls and ladle the broth on top. Peel the eggs and cut them in halves to top the ramen. Run under cold water once they're boiled
