Potato - 300gms Cornstarch - 150gms Water - 2/3rd cup Garlic - 1.5 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Crushed Peppercorns - 4-5 Honey - 1tbsp Salt - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce - 1tbsp Soya Sauce - 1tbsp Vinegar - 1tbsp Sesame Seeds Chopped Coriander Leaves
Make small potato balls and put them in boiling water for a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Take them out and put them in chilled water. Keep it for 3 minutes and then again take them out
In a separate bowl, add and mix garlic, oil, red chilli powder, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and honey
Toss the potato balls into this mixture and serve it on a plate. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
