Delicious noodles tossed with a fermented chilli paste and seasonings, is the perfect meal to enjoy when paired with a salad and some grilled protein on the side.

¼ cup gochujang paste 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoon soya sauce 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 spring onions, chopped ¼ packet flat rice noodles 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoons warm water

Combine the gochujang paste in a bowl along with the peanut butter, soya sauce, sugar, vinegar and sesame oil.

Add the warm water and whisk to a smooth paste, while you soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.

Drain the noodles and toss in the sauce until well-coated.
