Spicy Jhalmuri Will Win Your Heart

Do you want a tasty and healthy teatime treat? Try this delectable dish prepared  with some basic vegetables, spices, and herbs that have been tossed in murmura (puffed rice).

Ingredients

2 cup puffed rice 1 onion 1 tomato 1 boiled potato 1 teaspoon cumin powder teaspoon spice chili powder salt as required 1/4 teaspoon black salt 1 handful coriander leaves 2 handfuls roasted peanuts 2 handful roasted chickpeas 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard oil 2 tablespoon lemon juice 3 green chilli 3 tablespoon coconut meat

Step 1

Take a bowl and fresh veggies wash, dice and chop them as desired. Take peanuts and peel them up.

Step 2

Take all ingredients and Mix them well .Now Roast peanuts and add chickpeas, chopped boiled potato and coconut chunks mix them nicely.

Step 3

Now squeeze some lemon juice and add to the mixture Toss it well.

Step 4

Take a bowl add puffed rice. Add mustard oil and salt accordingly. To spice it up add chilli powder.

Step 5

Toss the puff rice and veggies well add cumin powder and black salt. Garnish with  coriander leaves and enjoy.
