Looking for a quick evening snack? Make spicy corn chaat.

Ingredients

2 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled) 1 tsp butter ¼ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder ¼ tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp lemon juice ¾ tsp chaat masala ¼ tsp salt

Step 1

Heat a skillet, add butter and roast for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add in all the spices and lemon juice. Mix well.

Step 3

Finally, transfer the spicy corn into a bowl and enjoy.
