Want a light party snack that’s also a crowd-pleaser? Try these mouthwatering chicken drumsticks, which are seasoned with a variety of herbs, and spices. These drumsticks are incredibly easy to make at home.

7 chicken drumsticks 1 tablespoon ginger paste salt as required 2 tablespoon soy sauce 3 tablespoon sriracha sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoon chilli garlic paste black pepper as required 3 tablespoon schezwan sauce 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 handful coriander leaves

Wash and soak the chicken drumsticks in lukewarm water. Drain them, pat dry and set aside.

Preheat the oven. Prepare a tray with parchment paper.

Take a bowl and mix all the spices and saucez. Whisk nicely and add chopped coriander leaves.

Marinate the chicken drumsticks and refrigerate or rest for 20 minutes.
