Enjoy the juicy and tart cherries of the monsoon season by making this tangy and spicy salsa dip to eat as an accompaniment with nachos or lavash.
100 grams cherries, pitted 1 onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 2 jalapenos, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced ¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped Juice of 1 lemon 4 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the dressing.
Stir well to combine and refrigerate for an hour, before serving with nachos, lavash or potato chips.
