450 gm chicken breast 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp red chili flakes 1/2 cup chicken stock 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp salt 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp dried herbs 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tbsp red chili sauce
Cut chicken breasts into small sizes and coat them with ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp mixed herbs and ½ red chili powder. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat a pan and add oil. Add marinated chicken pieces and fry until the chicken is cooked properly. When done, keep it aside.
Heat another pan and add butter. Add garlic and add red chili flakes. Sauté well.
Add in the chicken stock, dried oregano, chili sauce and sugar. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
Add the fried chicken and give it a toss. When done, remove from the flame and garnish with herbs.
