1 teaspoon spice chili powder1/4 teaspoon black salt2 handfuls roasted peanut1 1/2 tablespoon mustard oil3 green chilli
Wash and chop all the veggies finely. Mix all the ingredients
To the veggies add in a handful of peanuts, roasted chickpeas, chopped potato and coconut chunks followed by lemon juice. Toss well.
Next add in puffed rice followed by mustard oil and a dash of salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and black salt. Toss it up with the veggies. Add coriander leaves and enjoy.
