Spicy Bengali-Style Jhalmuri For Your Chatpati Cravings

Craving for a delish tea time snack that is tasty yet healthy? Then try this delicious Bengali-style Jhalmuri recipe. 

Ingredients

2 cup puffed rice 1 tomato 1 teaspoon cumin powder Salt as required 1 handful coriander leaves

Ingredients

2 handful roasted chickpeas 2 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon coconut meat 1 onion 1 boiled potato

Ingredients

1 teaspoon spice chili powder 1/4 teaspoon black salt 2 handfuls roasted peanut 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard oil 3 green chilli

Wash and chop all the veggies finely. Mix all the ingredients

To the veggies add in a handful of peanuts, roasted chickpeas, chopped potato and coconut chunks followed by lemon juice. Toss well. 

Next add in puffed rice followed by mustard oil and a dash of salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and black salt. Toss it up with the veggies. Add coriander leaves and enjoy.
