Kids love tasty foods like fried rice and schezwan noodles. Schezwan sauce is easy to add to things like rice and noodles. But why change it a bit by making delicious schezwan vermicelli? Here is how to make it:
3 cups Vermicelli 1/25 cups Veggies of choice ½ cup Frozen Peas 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp Coriander Powder 2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce 1 tbsp Ketchup 1 tsp Soya Sauce 1 tsp Vinegar Green Chillies Water
Heat oil in a pan; add onions, green chillies and grated ginger.
Sauté till the onions turn slightly pink. Add chilli and coriander powder.
Add all the veggies (of your choice) and salt and sauté for a minute.
Add schezwan sauce, ketchup, and soya sauce.
Add water and let the veggies cook.
Wash and drain the vermicelli. Add salt to it and mix well.
Spread it on the veggies and add water from the top.
Keep covered and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, open and mix everything well.
Sprinkle some spring onion and serve hot.
