Creamy hung Greek yoghurt punctuated with garlic, herbs and chillies make for a delicious dip that you can refrigerate and enjoy whenever you feel like a snack. Pair with chips, crackers or even use as a spread for sandwiches, for that extra boost of flavour.

1.5 cups Greek yoghurt 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 green chillies, finely chopped 2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh basil, shredded 1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 tablespoons olive oil ½ teaspoon smoked paprika Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan and allow the paprika and garlic to bloom until aromatic.

Mix the salt and pepper into the Greek yoghurt and add the oregano along with the remaining fresh herbs.

Mix well to combine and transfer to a serving bowl.

Drizzle the warm oil over the top and serve with crackers, crudites and other accompaniments of your choice.
