Indulge in the fiery flavours of garlic chili oil noodles, combining aromatic garlic, spicy chili oil, and savoury seasonings.
225g of noodles 3 tbsp vegetable oil 4 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp chili oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp sugar Chopped Green onions ( Garnish) Sesame seeds( garnish)
Cook the noodles accordingly. Drain and set aside In a pan heat the vegetable oil .
Add the minced garlic and saute for about 1-2 minutes. Add the chili oil to the skillet and stir.
Add the cooked noodles and toss them in the garlic chili oil. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
Drizzle this sauce over the noodles and toss to combine. Once done Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
