Elevate your snack time with this creamy and flavorful Chili Oil Curd Dip, blending chili oil, yogurt, and aromatic seasonings for a tangy and fiery accompaniment.
1 cup plain yogurt 2 tbsp chili oil 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil 1/4 tsp sugar (optional) Salt to taste
In a bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until it becomes smooth and creamy. Add the chili oil.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning accordingly. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
Refrigerate it for about 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together. Garnish with coriander leaves.
