Make this deliciously fruity and potent spicy-sweet Margarita with a Mexican twist for a little treat in the middle of your hectic week.
60 ml Ancho Mezcal liqueur 45 ml pineapple juice 25 ml lime juice 15 ml Cointreau 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt Wedge of lime
Combine the chilli powder and salt on a small dish and rim your serving glass in the spicy mixture.

Add the mezcal, pineapple juice, lemon juice and Cointreau to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain and pour into the chilli-rimmed glass and serve with a wedge of lime.
