Dry Kashmiri red chillies are used to prepare Indian-style chilli garlic sauce, which will heat up your palate and make your munchies more delightful.
10 dry kashmiri red chillies 2 tbsp roughly chopped garlic 5 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp sugar salt to taste 2 tbsp sesame oil
Take kashmiri red chilies and soak them in hot water for 30 minutes to prepare chilli garlic sauce. Drain.
Take a blender add Garlic, sugar, vinegar, salt, and the soaked Kashmiri red chilies blend until smooth.
Now in a bowl add sesame oil and transfer the mixture mix it well.
The chilli garlic sauce is ready! Take a air- tight container and store it. Enjoy!
