Make your own peri peri masala for a hot kick to your favourite foods, or just to create a burst of spicy and tangy flavours.
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder, 1 Tsp each of Garlic powder 1 Tsp Onion powder, 1 Tsp Mango powder, 1 Tsp Oregano, 2 Tsp Chilli flakes 1 Tsp Citric acid 1 Tsp Sugar 1Tsp Salt ½ Tsp of Black pepper
To make homemade peri peri masala assemble all the ingredients at one place.
Take a mixer grinder, and add all the ingredients one by one.
Once all the ingredients are added to the mixer grinder blend it to a coarse or fine powder.
