1 1/2 ounces silver tequila 3/4-ounce watermelon juice 1/2-ounce pomegranate juice 1/2-ounce lemon juice 1/4-ounce simple syrup 2 ounces rosé sparkling wine
Take a cocktail shaker and add tequila, watermelon juice and lemon juice.
Also add simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Top with the sparkling rosé and serve!
