Try these easy and delicious soya-based protein cutlets, made with soya granules, potatoes, and aromatic spices. Crispy on the outside, packed with protein on the inside!
1 cup soya granules or chunks 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste Oil for frying
In a bowl, soak the soya chunks in warm water. Drain the water and squeeze out.
In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, soaked soya chunks, chopped onion, bread crumbs, coriander leaves and ginger-garlic paste.
Add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Now shape the cutlets in round shape.
Heat oil in a pan over and shallow fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve with chutney!
