Masoor dal dosa is a high-in-protein, South Indian delicacy that you can enjoy as a quick breakfast or pair with sambar for a wholesome meal. To make masoor dal dosa, you can follow this easy recipe.
2 cups masoor dal 1 cup rice 1/4 cup grated coconut 1 tablespoon ginger 1 tablespoon green chillies Salt to taste Water as required
Rinse and soak masoor dal overnight.
Add water to the soaked dal. Mix in grated coconut, ginger, and green chillies.
Blend all the ingredients till smooth. Let it ferment for a few hours.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread it into a circle.
Cook on both sides till crisp. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
