South Indian Breakfast: Neer Dosa Recipe

This quick dosa is perfect for busy mornings. Ingredients 1 cup dosa rice ½ cup coconut grated 1 tsp salt 2½ cup water 

Step 1 Soak rice for 5-6 hours and drain off the water completely and transfer to the blender. 

Step 2 Add coconut and blend to a smooth paste, now add salt and water. Mix well.

Step 3 Now carefully pour the dosa batter over hot tawa.

Step 4 Cover and cook for 1 minute on medium flame

Step 5 Do not cook on both the sides and serve with mint chutney or coconut chutney.
