Soothing Cucumber Smoothie To Beat The Heat

Enjoy this  creamy blend of cucumber, yogurt, milk, honey, and tangy lime juice offers a hydrating and delightful experience.

Ingredients

1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped 1 cup plain yogurt 1 cup chilled milk 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Juice of 1 lime or lemon Ice cubes

Step 1

In a blender, combine the cucumber, yoghurt, milk, honey, maple syrup and lemon juice.

Step 2

Continue blending at a high speed until the mixture is well blended, smooth, and creamy.

Step 3

Add ice cubes as desired and combine the smoothie once more for a cooler smoothie.

Step 4

Now take a glass and Pour the cucumber smoothie with the correct consistency.

Step 5

Now garnish with a cucumber slice or a mint leaf. Serve chilled and savour the refreshing smoothie.
