Indulge in the comforting embrace of apple cinnamon tea, a warm concoction that brings together the sweet essence of apples with the comforting warmth of cinnamon.
1 apple, thinly sliced 2 cinnamon sticks 2 cups water 2 black tea bags or loose tea leaves

In a pot, bring water to a simmering boil. The ideal temperature should be just under 100 C.

Add apple slices and cinnamon sticks to the boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove pot from heat and add black tea bags or tea leaves. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.

Strain out the apples, cinnamon sticks and tea into mugs
