A slice of soft and airy walnut cake is a delight for everyone. If you have a sweet tooth and are always looking for a slice of cake after a meal, you can make walnut cake, which is light and also has less sugar.
1.5 cups maida 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup chopped walnuts 3/4 cups oil 4 eggs 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix the dry ingredients like maida, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Take another bowl and mix the wet ingredients like oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix till uniform.
Add the chopped walnuts to the batter and bake to perfection.
Let the cake cool, slice it, and enjoy!
