Rakul Preet Singh maybe a fitness icon for many but she is also a true-blue Punjabi foodie. Know how she manages to strike a balance.
Rakul admits to not having a great metabolism, so she takes extra care of her diet, and divides macros through the day, accordingly. She also works out everyday.
She starts the day with 2 glasses of warm water and ghee coffee. She adds 5 grams of ghee to her black coffee and drinks it before workout.
Her breakfast is usually after workout, and it is pretty basic and high on protein. Eggs and jowar roti are usual suspects.
Her lunch can feature anything from brown rice, chicken, vegetables, dal roti sabzi, to grilled chicken, veggies, fish and salad.
She avoids carbs after 5-6 p.m. And if she is working out in evening, she has her dinner post work-out, She prefers to work out early in the morning.
Her dinner is always light like salad, grilled fish with veggies.
