Anushka Sharma gave up meat a few years ago and is a passionate advocate of vegan lifestyle. Mock-meat burgers, vegan pizzas help sail her through cravings.
Anushka Sharma is also into Yoga, in fact, she practiced Yoga regularly even during her pregnancy.
Anushka avoids food on set and carries her own, homemade food. Her healthy snacks include nuts, fruits and protein bars.
The ‘Band Baaja Baraat’ actor is also big on farm-to-table eating. In the lockdown, she prepared jams from tomatoes plucked from garden.
Anushka splits her meals in small meals and her breakfast is usually feature overnight soaked oats, chia seeds, fruits and coconut water.
