Can anyone miss out on this heavenly fried bread stuffed with sliced onions? The crusty covering and spicy filling inside is best eaten with mint chutney.

The crunchy bite hails from Bikaner, Rajasthan. It is said that the first bhujia was made here with ground moth lentils and has been accorded the GI tag too.
Crispy and crunchy fritters made with a thick moong dal batter is what this snack is all about. The batter is dipped in hot oil and served once golden-brown.
